Ligno-DuoTec BW for wood, bamboo, concrete, sheetrock,...and RH

The Ligno-DuoTec BW is is a non-invasive meter with dual-depth measuring capabilities for Contractors, Floor Covering Installers and Restoration.

Wood in Scan Mode:

The DuoTec BW gives moisture readings in percent 
for wood. Corrections for different wood species are built-in for specific gravities between 0.3 and 1.0. Included are 7 different settings for bamboo.

Building Materials in Scan Mode:

The DuoTec BW has a calibration built-in for sheetrock in true percent readings, plus 2 reference scales, one for concrete and similar products and one for light-weight building materials. Take comparative readings and identify wet spots.

Optional RH Mode: Ambient relative humidity and temp can be measured with the BW. For restoration Dew Point and GPP are indicated. (With RH BluePeg Sensor from Lignomat)

Concrete in RH Mode:

The BW meter can also be used for in-situ moisture measurements of concrete, that conform to ASTM F 2170 (see photo)

Calibration Check:

The calibration is internally checked before each reading for pin and pinless mode, 

and automatically adjusted if necessary.

PROPERTIES: RH Mode

 

Adding the RH BluePeg Sensor to the meter will allow measuring ambient relative humidity and temperature. Meter will also indicate Dew Point and GGP.

Using RH probes in concrete is the ASTM approved method to test concrete before installing any type of floor covering. Lignomat's RH BluePeg is totally inside the sleeve, and therefore can be left until the test is finished, removed and reused.            

RH Range: 0-99%,  Temp: 0 to 200 degrees F or -15 to 95 degrees C.              

The Package BW-1KS consists of the LignoDuoTec BW, RH BluePeg, RH cable, 10 RH Sleeves and caps and the Case S.

The Ligno-DuoTec BW was designed for reliability and accuracy as well as sturdiness and ease of operation. The instruments have proven to perform well in rough mill environments with day-to-day usage.

RH BluePeg can be used as a measuring device for ambient relative humidity and temperature or placed in a measuring sleeve, which can be inserted into a predrilled hone in the testing area.

Operation is that easy! Without studying pages and pages of operation manuals: Depress SET Button to check settings. Use up or down buttons to select correct setting. Depress % Button for moisture readings. Instrument turns itself off automatically. At any time you can change from pin mode to scan mode by depressing up or down button.

The RH BluePeg is a sensor for relative humidity and temperature. Readings can be obtained wirebound with the LignoTec RH, Ligno-DuoTec BW and  Ligno-VersaTec.

The RH BluePeg conforms to the ASTM F2170 standard test method for determining the RH in concrete floor slabs.
